VIP Reservation Terms

What the $1 deposit is

Your $1 VIP reservation is a fully refundable deposit, not a purchase of the product. It reserves your right to buy HydroDuster at the locked VIP early-bird price when our Kickstarter campaign launches on August 1, 2026.

Refunds

You can request a refund of your $1 deposit at any time, for any reason, before or after launch. Email support@hydrodustor.com and we will refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens at launch

On launch day, VIPs receive an email with early access to the VIP price. The deposit does not auto-convert into a purchase and you are under no obligation to buy.

Shipping

HydroDuster units ordered during the campaign are expected to ship after the campaign ends; timelines will be stated on the campaign page.
